Terms: Items in stock are despatched within 48 hours, however, please allow up to 5 working days for all deliveries to the UK. Any items out of stock will be despatched as soon as we receive delivery (typically no longer than 14 days).
All items are sent 1st class via Royal Mail or by courier.
If you wish an order to be delivered on a certain day, ie a birthday, PLEASE EMAIL US, quoting your name & order reference number, and we will despatch the order for delivery on that day, if possible. If you are unsure as to whether we can get an item to you for a special occasion, it is always wise to ask before ordering. We will always try to accomodate - especially if you've left things a little late. :)
Please note that if you live in the Highlands & Islands delivery may take longer than specified.
Collect Plus allows you to have an item send to any participating Collect Plus shop. So if your order is particularily sensitive or an extra special suprise, you can now how it sent to a shop of your choice, to be collected by you when you are ready.
Please select this option at checkout and use the Collect Plus web link to find your prefered shop. Once you have located your prefered shop, please enter it as your destination address. Also, please bear in mind that Collect Plus is a little slower than Royal Mail.
Orders Delivered Outside The UK:
Generally, please enquire, before you order, to confirm any extra cost of postage to your country or region, however our we are currently sending to Europe free of charge if you order more than one item and charging 5 Euros for single items.
You may need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry! You will be left witha card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to resend your order we will regretably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
Please note: We can not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system or non-deliveries when a signature can not be obtained. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us.
