We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason, you are unhappy with anything you receive from us please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace or refund the value of the item. We only ask that they are returned unused and in the original packaging.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.

All the products available to purchase via our website are exportable.
Please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional delivery charges, import duties and taxes that may be incurred. The pricing schedule below is an estimated cost of shipping based on an average order. It is possible that these costs may be more depending on the items placed in your basket so we reserve the right to contact you for additional charges, or to cancel your order.

Postage and packing charges are as follows, please note that large orders may typically be split into separate packages of up to 1.5kg. Whilst we normally use Royal Mail we reserve the right to use alternative delivery services.

Returns Information
Please contact us by phone or email before sending goods back for replacement or refund.
We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. We may withhold up to 70% of the purchase price of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully re-saleable. Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot refund or exchange personalised products unless faulty.
What to do: Please contact us before you return anything. We recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage certificate which are available free of charge from the Post Office. We will refund your return postage if the item is faulty or sent to you in error and process your refund or replacement as soon as possible after it arrives back with us.
International Returns: The cost of returning items is down to you and you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post and retain proof of postage. We will refund returns postage for an item which is faulty or sent to you in error. We regret we are unable to arrange collection of items. For further information on International Returns please contact us.
