How long does it take for the gates, fencing or railings to be delivered?

The majority of orders are delivered within 5-14 working days however during periods of high demand it may take up to 28 working days to receive your goods.

The lead time for made to measure items and non standard designs is approx 4 weeks from placing an order.


What is the delivery charge?

The gates, fencing and railings for sale on this website can be delivered to any mainland UK postcode. Our STANDARD DELIVERY* charge is £20.00 regardless of the value of the order or the amount of items you purchase.

STANDARD DELIVERY* - Unless specified otherwise, our standard delivery charge covers all the mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands where a surcharge will be applicable depending upon the products required). If you feel this might be applicable please contact us prior to ordering and we will provide you with any additional charges.


Do you provide an exact delivery date?

All the products available to purchase on this website will be delivered direct from the manufacturer via the nominated courier service. As such, we are unable to provide an exact date that the delivery will take place. However, if you wish to leave instructions for the gates to be left in a safe spot around your property, please highlight this at the point of checkout and we will ensure the instructions are added to the delivery information.


Do you provide a time of delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a time of day the delivery will take place. Products will be delivered Monday to Friday (8am-6pm) only. If you are not in at the time of delivery and have not left special instructions, the courier will post a card through your letter box. The information contained will detail how to reschedule at a mutually convenient date.



Important Information

It is essential that all goods are checked as soon as possible after delivery has taken place to ensure all the items are correct and to your requirements. Whilst errors in processing orders and damage to goods in transit is extremely rare, should any items be missing, appear damaged or look incorrect in any way, please state this on the delivery note and sign for the order as appropriate. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us by phone or email to enable us to resolve any issues you may have.
